ReplyDeleteI believe this is one of the goals of RH Bill. Hindi lang kasi siya mag provide ng condom at ng kung anu-ano pang mga sinasabing kalibugan ng mga anti-RH. The bill's vision is that there will be centers who will teach people about reproductive health and eventually it will favour also responsible parenthood. Uhm, that's my theory lang, ha.
